How do I order custom artwork online?

Will I receive a proof before receiving the artwork?

Proofs are not automatically provided, however I do ask for everyone to proof read the details before the final touches are added. If you have specific requirements, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.


How long does it take to process personalised artwork?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 weeks. Personalised pieces may take slightly longer during peak periods. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I return or exchange personalised artwork?

Due to the custom nature of personalised wall art, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-personalised artwork may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any items.


What if my artwork arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the artwork and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible — particularly for personalised artwork.


Do you offer fully custom art designs?

Yes. Studio B/LOW offers custom art commissions. If you’re interested in a bespoke design, please contact us with details and we’ll advise on availability and pricing.
