Shipping Options:

Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery & will be sent via Royal Mail.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your location. You can view shipping costs for your order during the checkout process. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 weeks. If you have ordered a custom artwork, please allow additional time for processing. We will notify you by email if there are any delays in processing your order.

Tracking and Delivery:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the carrier's website. Please note that a signature may be required for delivery. If you are not available to sign for your package, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your package at a local facility.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and customs clearance procedures. You may be responsible for paying customs duties and taxes on your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Returns and Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please contact us by email to initiate a return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please note that custom artwork is non-returnable.
